To cancel a payment the order requires to be in state New (state=1) or, retry one-time an order in state Error (state=4).
You can retry an order in error state by using the Unnax Auto Payments API method PUT, or via Unnax Portal by following this steps:
- Login Unnax Portal
- Navigate to Pay Outs > Movements
- Select the order you want to retry
- Click on the Retry button
- Confirm you selection
- You can choose to retry it using other bank and other transfer type *
- Sign the transaction with the Authy code you received in your phone
Notes
- Orders can be retried only one time
- Only orders in error state can be retried.
- Transfers type will be available if any of your Bank Accounts supports it.
- Different transfer type may have commissions in your Bank, we recommend to check this before proceeding to retry the orders.
Cancel Order:
- Navigate to Pay Outs > Movements
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click on the Cancel button
- Sign the transaction with the Authy code you received on your phone
