Before being able to request the receipt, in order to download a payment certificate it is necessary that the payment has been made from an Unnax (UReg) account*,  the order must be in state Completed and reconciled (normally all transactions are reconciled within one business day). Otherwise, you will not be able to obtain the desired certificate. The following steps must be followed to download a certificate:


Just follow these steps:

  • Enter Unnax Portal
  • Navigate to Pay Outs > Movements
  • Click on the order
  • Click on Bank Verification

After this, you will receive the associated Bank Receipt between 1-2 hours



The PDF button is available to users with Admin or Edit Permissions, if a user is required to change permissions, change must be done by Admin user by accessing Config>Users and apply the required permissions (Authy App is required), if this step is not possible, the Admin must contact  support@unnax.com indicating which user must be updated.


If permissions are correct and the PDF button is not available, the user must contact support@unnax.com to share the order_code from the order that must be reviewed.



Bank receipt availability time:

The bank receipt for some banks are not always available at the moment of the transfer when the reading is attempted.

Take into account that this information is based on our experience working with these banks.

This doesn't mean the banks cannot change their behavior in the future regarding bank receipt generation.

We encourage you to download the bank receipt, or request them to the provider, the next calendar day after the operation was transferred so you don't need to request them all together for audit or legal purposes.
