If the customer closes the browser the request will remain in status New (no cancellation request will be sent), but if the customer closes the widget from the (X) at the top right angle (captures below) then we will receive a cancel request (status Cancel).

Please note 2 unsuccessful login attempts can be performed by widget session in the same bank. After 2 fails request will be updated to status Error.
